Fabledeal.com gives you the option to exchange or return the product(s) bought from our online shopping portal within the 14 days of receipt of the order. Any request for the return or exchange of the product(s) after the 14 days of receipt, will not be entertained.

All the items which are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with all the original tags and the packagings.

What is the time duration, I'll get my refund on the product I returned?

Once we receive your products back to our Gurgaon warehouse, the quality team will check the product(s) returned, for the fulfillment of our return norms. We will process your refunds within the 07 working days from the date of the receipt of your returned product(s).

In any case the returned product(s) does not qualify on the basis of the return norms, then our team will get back to you.

Are there any specific conditions under which the product(s) to be returned or exchanged can be rejected?

Yes, there are certain events/scenarios when the product(s) to be returned or exchanged can be rejected:-

1. When the returned product(s) are different from the product(s) bought by you.
2. If any intentional damage has been done to the product(s) to be returned or exchanged.

Do I need to send the product or will it be collected from my home/office address?

But make sure that the item(s) has been unused, unworn, unwashed and with original tags and price labels.

If a customer wishes to exchange the product, it has to be parceled to the vendor’s address, which will be provided once the request has been made.

In case, if a customer needs complete refund, the product has to be couriered back on company’s address.

Do I have to pay any charges for the exchange?

No, you don't need to pay any charges on the exchange of your product(s). The exchanges are always free at Fabledeal.com. Please make sure that the product(s) to be exchanged are in original condition and in any rare event if the item(s) to be exchanged does not fulfil our exchange norms, then we will not be able to process further.

What will be the mode through which I will get my refund?

Refunds on Fabldeal.com are based on the your mode of payment for the product(s) purchased. If Credit card / Debit card / Internet banking has been used as the mode of payment, then the refund will be credited back to you to your respective account. In case of Cash on Delivery mode, we will refund your amount through the NEFT process to your respective account provided at the time of the placing the order or purchasing the product.
